During Mardi Gras season we add an hour to the interval between pick-up time and flight departure due to the traffic problems in the downtown area. We do this for departures from Feb 22-24 and again from March 1-6. Street closures, parade routes, and the heavy traffic will cause some additional changes to our usual pick-ups and drop-offs:

• Please be aware that during parades we may not be able to reach the front door of your hotel.
• We will do everything we can to get as close as possible to your hotel.
• Street closures may affect your drop off or pick-up location.
• We will notify your hotel staff about alternate pick-up locations.
• Call 504-522-3500 for hotel and routing information.
