I'm not sure of how many ways to use it though. If you were sleeping you wouldn't be 'z'ing.' The only way I know how, or have heard anyone use it is in the example. Z's Home & Ground Improvement, in Allenton, WI, is the areas full service landscaping specialist serving all of southeast Wisconsin since 1991. We specialize in snow removal, excavating, landscaping, concrete, and more.
But at Z's, we're also about community, family, loud laughs, great pizza, all things Detroit, and especially affordable, delicious food. Over 40 years ago, two brothers started a restaurant on the corner of Warren & Woodward and called it 'Z's Place Family Tavern.' Welcome to Z's Gourmet Burger. Z’s Gourmet Burger first opened in Mukilteo in 1995. Since that time we have strived to make the best burgers possible. All of our ingredients are fresh and our burgers are made to order, when you order. We use only Certified Angus Beef in our Burgers. We now accept Visa & Mastercard!

Usage notes[edit]
- There is some difference of opinion regarding the use of apostrophes in the pluralization of references to letters as symbols. New Fowler's Modern English Usage, after noting that the usage has changed, states on page 602 that 'after letters an apostrophe is obligatory.' The 15th edition of The Chicago Manual of Style states in paragraph 7.16, 'To avoid confusion, lowercase letters ... form the plural with an apostrophe and an s'. The Oxford Style Manual on page 116 advocates the use of common sense.
